Post-shower stillness is so real. There's no feeling like it!

My way of being gentle last week was plenty of offline time. Work was busy and hard, and I could feel the wave of anxiety coursing through me. Replacing screen time with books, candle making and walking my dog really helped ❤️

It's the best. Especially in the summer, ergh the best feeling.

Well done for taking time offline last week, feel like it's so easy to slip into scrolling when the anxiety is looming. I'm aiming for more offline time this week!
